Terms. Not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Agreement.

Terms. Wherever used in this Amendment, terms identified by initial capitalization shall have the meanings indicated in the Plan unless a different meaning is plainly required by the context.

Terms. That are not defined therein or in this Master Services Agreement are defined in the context in which they are used and have the meanings there stated

Terms. All of the terms herein shall have the same meaning as contained in the Credit Agreement

Terms. All terms herein set forth shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Prime Lease

Terms. Used herein and not defined in the Loan Agreement or otherwise defined herein that are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of California (the "UCC") have such defined meanings herein (with terms used in Article 9 controlling over terms used in another Article), unless the context otherwise indicates or requires, and the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Terms. All terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Plan.
