Terms

Terms. All terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Offering Memorandum.

Terms. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings given in the Note.

Terms. All accounting terms used in this Agreement, unless otherwise indicated, shall have the meanings given to such terms in accordance with GAAP, consistently applied. All other terms contained in this Agreement, unless otherwise indicated, shall have the meanings provided by the Code, to the extent such terms are defined therein
