Territory

Territory. Means all countries of the world other than Japan.

Territory. The "Territory" of the JV, as used herein and in all other agreements among the parties and/or CPW S.A. shall be defined as all countries of the world with the exception of the United States of America, its military installations, territories and possessions, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Dominion of Canada and Iceland. This list of exceptions is exhaustive and any amendment to it must be included in the Protocol.

Territory. The territory in which Company, Cingular and their Affiliates provide or provided Services, and in which Executive shall be prohibited from competing with Cingular, Company or their Affiliates in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, consisting of those markets in which they are engaged in wireless communications services businesses listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Territory. Means all the countries of the world, excluding the United States and Brazil.

Territory. Means the area within a 50 mile radius of the city limits of Atlanta, Georgia. Executive acknowledges that Executive will perform services on behalf of Company in the Territory.

Territory. Means anywhere in the United States. Executive acknowledges that Executive will perform services on behalf of Company in the Territory.

Territory. Shall mean Japan, China, South Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
