Territory

Territory. The United States (including Puerto Rico). All capitalized terms not expressly defined herein are used as such terms are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the date hereof and as in effect from time to time in the State of Delaware or in the Loan Agreement.

Territory. The parts of the world where Convergys can purchase and resell the Composite Products. For purposes of this Agreement, the Territory shall be worldwide, subject to the export restrictions herein
