Example Definitions of "the Collateral"
the Collateral. Shall mean the Real Property Collateral, the Collateral described in Paragraph 4 hereof, any other collateral described in any Loan Document and any other property of Borrower and/or Guarantor now or hereafter subject to a security agreement, mortgage, pledge, assignment or other document granting Lender a security interest therein and/or securing the Loan.
