The Public Value

The Public Value. Of a share of Common Stock on a given date shall be the closing price of a share of Common Stock on such date (or the most recent trading date if such given date is not a trading date) on the New York Stock Exchange, or in the event the Common Stock is not listed on such exchange, on such other national securities exchange or the NASDAQ/National Market System as may be designated by the Committee.
