Therapeutic Indication

Therapeutic Indication. Shall mean the specific use of a Licensed Product or Licensed Service for the prevention or treatment of a Specific Clinical Condition that requires obtaining a separate approval by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for promoting the Sale of the Licensed Product or Licensed Service to treat that Specific Clinical Condition.
