Thermo Shares

Thermo Shares. Shall mean: (i) shares of common stock of Thermo acquired by Stockholder in the Merger; and (ii) shares of capital stock of Thermo acquired by way of stock dividend or distribution, split-up, recapitalization, combination, exchange of shares and the like with respect to the shares in (i) above.
