Third Amended LRG Term Note

Third Amended LRG Term Note. Shall mean the Third Amended and Restated Term Promissory Note, dated of even date herewith, made by LRG payable to the order of Agent in the original principal amount of $7,206,000, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
