Third Mezzanine Note A1a. Shall mean that certain Amended and Restated Third Mezzanine Note, dated as of the date hereof, in the principal amount of $55,312,500, made by Mezzanine Borrower in favor of GACC, as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
