Third Mezzanine Note A2a. Shall mean that certain Amended and Restated Third Mezzanine Note, dated as of the date hereof, in the principal amount of $33,187,500 made by Mezzanine Borrower in favor of JPMC, as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
