Third Milestone Bonus Amount. With respect to an eligible Participant shall be an amount determined by multiplying (a) the fraction determined by dividing the number of Participating Units held by such Participant by the total number of Participating Units outstanding on the Effective Date, by (b) the Third Milestone Bonus Pool Amount.
