Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing herein express or implied is intended or shall be construed to confer upon or give to any Person, other than the Parties hereto and their respective permitted successors and assigns, any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Amendment, such third Persons specifically including employees or creditors of the Company.
