Example Definitions of "Third Party IP"
Third Party IP. Means the Intellectual Property Rights of third parties wherein third parties for purposes of this definition specifically exclude Affiliates of Illumina.
Third Party IP. Means a claim of a patent owned by a Third Party who is not an AMD Affiliate and not Licensable by AMD or any of its Affiliates, to the extent that infringement of such claim cannot be avoided in remaining compliant with any standards issued by any public or private standards body, including optional implementations thereof, including all standards issued, promulgated or maintained by the Khronos Group (including Open VG 1.0, Open GL-ES 2.0 & Open GL-ES 1.1) and Adobe Flash.
Third Party IP. Intellectual Property Rights licensed from a third party relating to the Products.
Third Party IP. All Intellectual Property Rights and Technology owned by third parties, including Third Party Software, that is either (i) licensed, offered or provided to by the Seller to customers of the Business, or (ii) otherwise used by the Seller in connection with the Purchased Assets and used in the operation of the Business
