Third Party License Fees. Shall mean, for the purposes of Section 15, any license fee or other compensation paid to AgencyPort for the development, enhancement, licensing, sublicensing or use of any product, whether or not hosted by AgencyPort, which incorporates or uses all or any portion or adaptation of the Tower Modules.
