Example Definitions of "Third Party License"
Third Party License. Shall mean a license from an unaffiliated third party to one or more valid and enforceable patents issued in the United States or any other jurisdiction, the claims of which cover one or more functional components that is essential for the efficacy of a Licensed Product.
Third Party License. Means any license between Angiotech and a third party, including but not limited to NIH and UBC, as such license may be amended from time to time, that includes in its terms a grant of rights to Angiotech to use, and to sublicense the use of, technology that forms part of the Licensed Technology.
Third Party License. Shall mean a license from an unaffiliated third party to one or more valid and enforceable patents issued in the United States or any other jurisdiction, in the absence of which Oscine could not make, use or sell Oscine Products.
