THIRD PARTY PRODUCT. As used herein, "Third Party Product" means a Third Party product that is a treprostinil injection for subcutaneous or intravenous use as generic version(s) of any of the Remodulin® Drug Products pursuant to an application under 21 U.S.C. § 355(b)(2) or 21 U.S.C. § 355(j).
