Third Party Product

Third Party Product. Means a third party product identified on a Schedule entered into by the parties during the term of this Agreement, including all associated Documentation.

Third Party Product. As used herein, "Third Party Product" means a Third Party product that is a treprostinil injection for subcutaneous or intravenous use as generic version(s) of any of the Remodulin® Drug Products pursuant to an application under 21 U.S.C. § 355(b)(2) or 21 U.S.C. § 355(j).
