Third Party Technology

Third Party Technology. Means Technology identified as Third Party Technology in Exhibit B or in a written notice delivered by Occam to Tellabs before the Technology is delivered to Tellabs.

Third Party Technology. Means technology provided by CNP to Customer which is licensed by a third party to Customer or sublicensed by CNP to Customer

Third Party Technology. Means any and all third party software, technology, algorithms, formulas, techniques, and know-how listed in Exhibit D, as updated by Magic from 2 3 time to time, that are incorporated in the magicTalk Platform which Magic does not have the right to sublicense and deliver to GSN.

Third Party Technology. Shall mean equipment, designs, circuits, algorithms, computer software or other technology set forth in Attachment 1.51 that is sourced from a third party and is included in the Work.

Third Party Technology. Technology owned by a Third Party that is embodied or incorporated into the Assigned Technology or the Base Technology as of the Closing Date.

Third Party Technology. Means Technology that is not owned or Controlled by ADA or Arch Coal or any of their Affiliates.

Third Party Technology. Means any third party software programs or tools, including any open source programming, with which the Sourcefire Technology interacts when such Sourcefire Technology is used in accordance with Sourcefire's documentation.

Third Party Technology. Any technology subject to a third party's Intellectual Property Rights or obtained under a license grant from a third party, including, without limitation, the M2181 Synthesizable RTL, and any models that may be required by Licensee

Third Party Technology. Any software, materials or other technology that are owned or controlled by a third party, as identified on a Work Order. Use of any such Third Party Technology shall be in accordance with American International Group's Office of the Chief Information Officer standards and guidelines, which shall be provided to Vendor from time to time
