Third Party Technology

Example Definitions of "Third Party Technology"
Third Party Technology. Means Technology identified as Third Party Technology in Exhibit B or in a written notice delivered by Occam to Tellabs before the Technology is delivered to Tellabs.
Third Party Technology. Means technology provided by CNP to Customer which is licensed by a third party to Customer or sublicensed by CNP to Customer
