Third Party Transaction

Third Party Transaction. Shall mean a transaction involving Licensor and an unaffiliated third party (other than Tasker, Tasker Products or any of their affiliates) pursuant to which the relevant third party would acquire rights under, in or related to the Patents outside the Field of Use.
