Threshold Patents

Threshold Patents. Means all Patent Rights that are Controlled by Threshold or its Affiliates before the termination of the License Agreement and that Cover the Compound or the Licensed Product or their manufacture or use as defined in the License Agreement. For the sake of clarity, Joint Patents are not Threshold Patents.
