Threshold Performance Objective

Threshold Performance Objective. For each Performance Measure means the Performance that must be exceeded before the Participant is eligible for any Award attributable to that Performance Measure. No Award will be payable under the Plan to any Participant for Performance at or below the applicable Threshold Performance Objective for a Performance Measure.
