Threshold Performance

Example Definitions of "Threshold Performance"
Threshold Performance. Means a Ranking considered to be the minimum acceptable performance to pay a Performance-Based Award.
Threshold Performance. Threshold Performance means the Threshold Performance Goal achievement required for any distribution to be made with respect to a Performance Unit, as set out in Appendix A.
Threshold Performance. Threshold Performance means the level of EBITDA Annual Growth for each Fiscal Year during the Performance Period set by the Committee that results in a 0% EBITDA Factor in the Payment Formula set forth in Section 1.4.
