Threshold Price

Example Definitions of "Threshold Price"
Threshold Price. Shall mean a per share price for Calypte common stock equal to or greater than $0.40.
Threshold Price. Shall mean the price per Share designated by the Company as the lowest VWAP during any Draw Down Pricing Period at which the Company will sell its Common Stock in accordance with the Purchase Agreement.
Threshold Price. The Start Price plus five dollars
