Threshold Rate of Return

Threshold Rate of Return. Shall be the target percentage rate of return on the Investment Amount for the specified Plan Year established by the Committee at the beginning of each Plan Year based on the Company's weighted average cost of capital. For the 1995 Plan Year, the Threshold Rate of Return has been established by the Committee as 9.1%.
