Tier 2 Executive
Tier 2 Executive. An employee who is appointed as an officer of the Company by the President of the Company pursuant to the Company's Bylaws and such other employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries who is designated as a Tier 2 Executive by the Board or the Committee.
