Tier II Employees

Example Definitions of "Tier II Employees"
Tier II Employees. Shall mean the employees determined by the Committee in its sole discretion from time to time to be Tier II Employees and identified as such in the records of the Plan maintained by the Company at any time during the term of the Plan.
