Time of Service

Time of Service. Means the number of years spent by the Employee in Full-Time Employment beginning on or after the Effective Date of this Agreement; provided that no credit will be allowed for Full-Time Employment or service which occurred prior to Employee's attainment of the age of thirty (30). The occurrence of a Change of Control does not affect the Time of Service that is credited to the Employee.

Time of Service.
