Timeshare Plan

Timeshare Plan. Shall mean the plan established by the Prospectus by which an Owner receives a beneficial interest in a Timeshare Period in a Unit pursuant to the Timeshare Plan coupled with a freehold interest in a Unit subject to the Declaration.
