Title Commitment
Title Commitment. Shall mean the commitment of the Title Company to issue the Title Policy.

Title Commitment. A commitment from the Title Company for an owner's title insurance policy (ALTA form for Oklahoma properties and ALTEX for Texas properties) with respect to each of the Properties, naming Buyer as the Proposed Insured in the amount of the Purchase Price applicable to that Property
Title Commitment. Shall mean a Commitment for Owner's Policy of Title Insurance with respect to the Property issued by the Title Company together with legible copies of any restrictive covenants, easements and other items listed as title exceptions in such Commitment.
