TiVo Commercial Service

TiVo Commercial Service. Means any product or service TiVo offers to non-consumer third parties, such as broadcasters or advertisers, provided that such product or service does not provide TMS Unique IDs directly to such third parties. For purposes of this definition, TiVo may provide TMS Unique IDs to then-current TMS licensees of the relevant TMS Unique IDs, which should be confirmed in writing by TMS, which shall be via e-mail
