Tocagen Trial

Tocagen Trial. Means a Pre-Approval Trial or a Post-Marketing Trial, each as defined below: (a) "Pre-Approval Trial" means any Phase 1, Phase 2 or Phase 3 clinical trial of a Tocagen Product in the Field that is conducted during the Term and the protocol for which expressly contemplates testing of trial subjects using an in vitro diagnostic assay as a companion diagnostic.
