Means the group of the Company's senior executives and any other officer or executive designated by the Committee in its sole discretion, initially consisting of the CEO, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice - President - Education, Vice - President and General Counsel, and Vice - President - Human Resources.
