TORRES LOAN DOCUMENTS

TORRES LOAN DOCUMENTS. Shall mean all of the documents and correspondence related to and including the Torres Loan Agreement including, but not limited to, the Torres Note and the Torres Security Agreement, as the same now exist and may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
