TORRES PAYMENT DATE

TORRES PAYMENT DATE. Shall mean each Monday during the period beginning with (and including) the first Monday following the earlier to occur of (i) the date Debtor's remit the cash proceeds of the March 2000 Tax Refund to Mr. Torres or (ii) the date on which Debtor receives a final written determination from the IRS that the amount of the March 2000 Tax Refund is zero; PROVIDED, THAT, if such Monday is not a Business Day, the Torres Payment Date shall be the next Business Day.
