TOTAL COLLATERAL. Means (i) the "Collateral," as defined in the Company Security Agreement, (ii) the "Collateral" as defined in the Guarantor Security Agreement and (iii) the "Collateral" as defined in the Pledge Agreement of even date herewith among the Company and the Purchasers.
