Total Commitment

Example Definitions of "Total Commitment"
Total Commitment. Of M&I shall mean $20,000,000 less the aggregate amount of reductions, if any, in M&I's Total Commitment requested by the Co-Borrowers pursuant to subsection 1(g) and the "Total Commitment" of Firstar shall mean $15,000,000 less the aggregate amount of reductions, if any, in Firstar's Total Commitment requested by the Co-Borrowers pursuant to subsection 1(g).
Total Commitment. Shall mean the sum of the Lenders' Total Term Loan Commitment plus Total Supplemental Term Loan 2 Commitment plus Total Revolving Credit Commitment, as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.07 hereof.
Total Commitment. The sum of the Total Canadian Commitment and the Total Domestic Commitment, each as in effect from time to time; provided that such sum shall not exceed $212,500,000. As of the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date, the Total Commitment is $212,500,000.
Total Commitment. Means, at any time, the sum of the Commitments at such time.
Total Commitment. The scheduled reductions of $5,000,000 as of December 31, 2002, $10,000,000 as of December 31, 2003, and $5,000,000 as of February 19, 2004, shall be made ratably among the Banks in accordance with their respective Commitment Percentages.
Total Commitment. As of any date, the sum of the then-current Commitment Amounts of the Banks. As of the date of this Agreement, the Total Commitment (including the Swingline Commitment) is $600,000,000. The amount of the Total Commitment may be reduced pursuant to Section 2.7 and increased pursuant to Section 2.21.
Total Commitment. $100,000,000.00; provided, however, that, with the prior written consent of Payee (which consent may or may not be granted in Payee's sole and absolute discretion), the Total Commitment may be increased to an amount not to exceed $200,000,000.00 as provided in the Loan Agreement. As of November 17, 2010, the Total Commitment is $100,000,000.00.
