Example Definitions of "Total Equity Securities"
Total Equity Securities. Means, subject to the next sentence, the total number of the Company's outstanding equity securities calculated on a Common Stock equivalent basis (with each outstanding share of Class C Common Stock counted as one share of Common Stock for purposes of such calculation).
