Example Definitions of "Total Indirect Compensation"
Total Indirect Compensation. Means the sum of (i) the benefits described in (A) or (B) herein, whichever is larger and (ii) the Employer Contribution, reimbursement or payment which would have been made for the calendar year of termination to fund the Benefits described on Exhibit B.
