Total MSCP Investments

Total MSCP Investments. Means, as of any date, the aggregate dollar amount of all equity capital invested by the MSCP Entities in the Company on or prior to such date; provided that any equity capital invested by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners III, Inc. on or prior to the date of such calculation shall be included in "Total MSCP Investments" for purposes of the Plan.
