Total Reimbursement Obligations. At any date, the sum of all obligations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to reimburse any issuer with respect to a disbursement under a letter of credit issued on behalf of the Company or any such Subsidiary, in each case that have ceased to be contingent upon a drawing under the related letter of credit.
