Total Revenue CAGR. Means, as determined in the sole discretion of the Committee, the rate of growth compounded annually in consolidated revenues reported by the Company beginning on January 1, 2019 and ending on December 31, 2021. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Plan.
