Example Definitions of "Total Revolving Commitment"
Total Revolving Commitment. The sum of the Revolving Commitments of the Lenders as the same may be decreased pursuant to Section 2.12(c) or increased pursuant to Section 2.02(b). As of the Closing Date, the amount of the Total Revolving Commitment is $95,000,000 and as of the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date, the Total Revolving Commitment is $125,000,000.
