Total Service Cost

Total Service Cost. The total financial expenses incurred by the Service Provider for the provision of Services in the Taipei Office both to its own full-time and part-time employees in addition to those of Service Recipient, as accounted for by Service Provider on a fiscal quarterly basis in accordance with all applicable International Financial Reporting Standards.
