Example Definitions of "Total Shareholder Return Rank"
Total Shareholder Return Rank. Shall mean a fraction (expressed as a percentage) equal to (i) the sum of each Annual Total Shareholder Return Rank for each fiscal year in the Performance Period, divided by (ii) the number of fiscal years in the Performance Period.
