Total Voting Power

Example Definitions of "Total Voting Power"
Total Voting Power. Means the aggregate number of votes (by reference to the Company's register of members) which may (at the relevant time) be cast by holders of outstanding Voting Securities on a poll at a general meeting of the Company, having regard to any restrictions on voting imposed from time to time by the Company's Articles of Association.
Total Voting Power. Means the total number of votes entitled to be cast by the holders of the outstanding Common Stock and any other securities entitled, in the ordinary course, to vote on matters put before the holders of the Common Stock generally.
Total Voting Power. Means the total number of votes entitled to be cast by the holders of the outstanding shares of Capital Stock and any other securities entitled, in the ordinary course, to vote on matters put before the holders of shares of the Company's Capital Stock generally.
Total Voting Power. With respect to any Person, the total combined voting power of all securities of such Person entitled to vote generally in the election of directors of such Person.
