TOXCO TECHNOLOGY. Means Toxco's nucleic acid sequences, including any inventions and other derivative intellectual property rights, that are provided to CBMX by Toxco under this Agreement solely for CBMX to manufacture, according to the Specifications, and deliver to Toxco the Toxco Chips ordered under Article 4.
