TPG Advisory Agreement
TPG Advisory Agreement. Shall mean the Transaction Advisory Agreement, dated as of April 18, 1997, between Merger Sub and the Principal Stockholder, as amended by the Letter Agreement, dated as of June 12, 2002, between Merger Sub and the Principal Stockholder.
