Trac Medical Service. Trac Medical's proprietary eDocument service currently marketed under the name CareCert(TM), as currently operational and as may be modified, upgraded or otherwise improved in the future so long as it continues to provide the core functionality currently offered, including without limitation, the software version contemplated to be known as CareCert ES, as described in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 of this Agreement.
