Trade Accounts Payable

Trade Accounts Payable. Shall mean all sums owed by the Corporation or any Subsidiary for services rendered, products, inventory or equipment purchased or otherwise owed to unrelated, third party vendors as a result of the conduct of the Business. For purposes hereof, Trade Accounts Payable shall also include sums owed to Affiliates if such sums would otherwise be considered Trade Accounts Payable, but for the fact that the vendor is or was an Affiliate.
